About Ben
Born and raised in rural Northwestern Pennsylvania, Ben’s first forays into the theatrical realm were small skits and short plays performed in his grandmother’s living room. He then became a regular volunteer at the Barrow Civic Theatre in his hometown of Franklin, PA, performing in over 40 shows before he turned 18. He graduated High School with a 3.9 GPA and was the recipient of the Bartleby award for excellence in English and Creative Writing.
Ben then moved to Columbus, OH to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre at Otterbein University. During his time there he got to play roles such as Nick Bottom in Something Rotten! and Marvin in Falsettos. He also studied screenwriting, theatrical lighting, and theatrical intimacy in addition to acting, singing, and dancing during his time at Otterbein. One of his favorite experiences includes directing John Logan’s RED through Otterbein’s student-run theatre company 11th Hour.
In the spring of 2024, Ben moved to NYC and interned at Henderson Hogan Agency, before graduating from Otterbein Summa Cum Laude. After graduation, Ben signed with Serendipity Entertainment.
Outside of acting, Ben loves watching cartoons (Scooby-Doo being one of his favorites), reading Science Fiction/Fantasy Books, and playing Nintendo. In March of 2024 he married his long-time partner, Grace. They live in NYC.
